QGarden Steamboat And BBQ @ Paya Terubong, Penang.

Opened few months ago, get to past by for a couple of times but never had the chance to try on it and i finally had the chance today. So the place is situated in a new shop lots along Jalan Paya Terubong (facing the cemetery), the restaurant will be easily spotted during weekends due to the crowded situation. Anyway, its a restaurant that serve buffet steamboat with an affordable price and a wide selection of ingredients.

A very weird structure of having steamboat, i would prefer a larger pot as the grilling plate was too narrow. But i like they erect the gas stove on the table instead of putting one on the table as it will be much hotter if they do so.

Just look at those mouth-watering mantis prawns and other seafood like crabs, mussels, clamps, squid and prawns etc. They have provided their customers alot of choices as well such as yong tou fu (stuffed fish cake with vegetables), various kinds of meats, vegetarian food etc.

More photos on the ingredients provided, oh ya, shouldn't forgot to mention about the fish balls and meatballs either. They have something quite special too like the Thailand pandan chicken and satay for you to grill. Satay sauce will be provided as well.

In the process of cooking those delicious food. Crabs and other seafood make the soup sweeter and tastier, make sure you throw them in before you start everything.

They have a lot of desserts too. Honeydew, watermelon and papaya were the fruits provided that night. They have rojak and puddings as well. Puddings and fruits were shown in the picture above.

The place is very cozy and easy to find parking space for your car. The lightings are good either. I strongly recommend this place if you are craving for steamboat but would love to look for a place with a more affordable price. Reservations are strongly recommended too as the place will be loaded with people especially during weekends.
