I am never a fan of pineapple cakes as I always find them too sweet and heavy to my liking but the sourness hidden within Gartien's pineapple is just exactly what I want. The pineapple cakes are best served with a cup of Chinese Tea to further enhance its flavor and to balance up everything. It makes a good choice for high-tea and coffee break too.
