Quench your thirst at Juice Me by having a bottle of their freshly juiced Cold Pressed Juice. Now... you might be wondering: What exactly is Cold Pressed Juice? Unlike centrifugal/ ordinary juicers, cold pressed juicers use pressure to grind and extract the juices. They do not generate heat and thus, retains the nutrients and minerals in the juices (but they are all fruit juices anyway). The cons... it takes more time to juice and users need to slice the fruits/ vegetables into smaller sizes before juicing them. Juice Me asserts that no sugar, preservatives and coloring are used in their juices and they are made freshly on a daily basis. They do free delivery service either, subject to availability.
I was there early in the morning, not all flavors were available. I had Green Monster (Rm 9/ bottle of 250 ml) which consists of Kale, Broccoli, Celery, Cucumber and Green Apple. To my surprise, the juice was pretty tasty. It was well-balanced; they played well in juggling the proportion of the greens (it would be disastrous if more Celery were to be added). The texture was fine and the juice slides down the throat easily. It carried a tinge of acidity and leafy greens flavor. A perfect thirst-quencher for those who wish to enhance their immune system and to detoxify their bodies. Juice Me's Cold Pressed Juices are available in bigger bottles too; priced at Rm 16/ bottle of 500 ml.
